You contact me by telephone, email or even Skype.
- We discuss the problems you are having with your system and then if we are in agreement over prices, we can arrange a time for you to deliver the PC to my workshop.
- I will give you a date and time that your computer will be ready for collection. Payment must be made when you collect your computer.
- I regret I can not offer credit at this time, so all accounts must be settled in full.
- Depending on the nature of the job, for example if I have to order new parts for your computer I may require a deposit up front.
